We know which trees send out roots like feelers to crack old drain lines. We know the way water snakes along a slope, how it pools near a foundation, and what it does when the frost finally thaws in March.
We know this part of Oregon. It’s coded in the very lines of our hands. The weather’s temperamental, the soil can be stubborn, and every property has its own attitude.
